FACILITY RULES & SAFETY NOTICE

For the safety and comfort of all tenants and visitors, the following rules apply throughout the facility:

• Units are for storage only
• Sleeping or living in units is prohibited
• No animals permitted (service animals excepted)
• Guests must remain with tenant at all times
• No loitering or gatherings in hallways or parking areas
• No smoking or vaping permitted in the facility
• Garage bay use limited to loading and unloading only (30-minute limit)
• Garage bay may not be used for vehicle cleaning or personal use
• Do not prop doors open
• Clean up after loading and unloading

Failure to follow facility rules may result in removal from the property or termination of rental agreement.

Facility monitored by video surveillance.
